Who am I?
Hi I'm Devan, a filmmaker, videographer, and photographer based in Ventura County, CA. I've had a passion for filmmaking and telling stories since I was 7 years old. What started as creating embarrassing YouTube skits with my brothers as a kid has now transformed into a career that I am so thankful for everyday. I get to use my passion for filmmaking & photography to tell real life love stories and more!
I just got married April of this year so I have officially been on both sides of wedding planning! I live with my now husband and our two cats in Thousand Oaks, CA. When I'm not working, I love spending time with family & friends, reading, binge watching TV shows, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, and trying to incorporate as much whimsy into my life as I can!
What's my style?
My style for both photo & video is vibrant, true to color, nostalgic, and sweet. I capture each couple's love story as cinematically, candidly and authentically as possible. I know every couple is different, so I work to cater each film to match your vibe and overall essence while still staying true to my own personal style. I also love utilizing natural light and gorgeous nature in my work.
I am always open to discussing specific requests. Whether its a wedding film or a family photoshoot, I want to deliver something that you can cherish forever!
